Morning Yoga - Inspired Nutrition

Jenny will lead a 90 minute class with time to stretch and enjoy working through a range of postures, leading up to some gentle flow sequences.
​
We then take a refreshment break for herbal teas or coffee & homemade snacks before rejoining for chillaxing floor based work to leave you feeling energised and relaxed.
​
This workshop is suitable for all abilities and postures can be both extended for more confident practice and supported for those newer to yoga.
