Yogāsana & Dharma Masterclass
with Natalia & Nadine
Friday 17th April
6.30pm - 8.30pm
£35
This two-hour masterclass with Nadine & Natalia offers an extended, immersive yoga experience for established practitioners wishing to deepen their physical practice, awareness, and understanding of traditional yogic methods.
The first hour is dedicated to Ashtanga-based yogāsana, where movement and breath are woven together as a living meditation. Through steady rhythm, conscious transitions, and disciplined attention to ujjayi breath and dr̥ṣṭi, the practice becomes a tool for purification, presence, and inner steadiness.
The second hour draws inspiration from Dharma Yoga guided by the principle of ahimsa (non-violence). This part of the practice invites a softer, more expansive quality — allowing space for prāṇāyāma, longer-held postures, subtle awareness, and meditation. The emphasis is on listening, refinement, and cultivating compassion towards the body and the mind.
Please note: This masterclass is not suitable for complete beginners.

YIN YOGA MASTERCLASS -The Nervous System
with Tessa
Sunday 10th May
2:30pm – 4pm
£35
A 90 minute journey into the incredible intelligence of your nervous system. We’ll explore what the nervous system is from a modern scientific perspective, how it processes stress, safety, emotion, memory, and physical sensation, and how chronic dysregulation shows up in the body, mind, and physiology. We’ll weave this with ancient yogic and Taoist understandings of energy, prana, and meridians, showing how these early systems mapped the same truths long before neuroscience existed.
Through long-held Yin poses, breathwork, and fascial release, you’ll learn how to activate the parasympathetic “rest and restore” response and reset patterns of tension and overwhelm. Expect a soothing practice focused on the hips and spine, supporting joint freedom, emotional balance, and a deeper sense of inner steadiness.
YIN YOGA MASTERCLASS - Yin Yoga & the Story of Yoga: The Observer’s Path
with Tessa
Saturday 20th June
2:30pm – 4pm
£35
This masterclass blends storytelling with embodied Yin practice to reconnect you with the roots of yoga. We’ll explore how early yogis, and later the Buddha, studied nature, breath, and human behaviour to understand suffering and how to ease it. Their path was one of observation, stillness, and deep listening, which mirrors the essence of Yin Yoga today.
As you settle into long, meditative holds, you’ll hear the story of yoga’s evolution and how these ancient teachings invite us to witness the body without reacting. We’ll combine philosophy, fascia, and anatomy with a grounding physical practice focused on the hips and spine, encouraging joint liberation, introspection, and a renewed sense of connection to yoga’s lineage.
YIN YOGA MASTERCLASS - Yin Yoga & the Yamas & Niyamas: The Heart of Yoga
with Tessa
Saturday 4th July
2:30pm – 4pm
£35
A reflective and inspiring 90 minute exploration of yoga’s ethical foundations, the Yamas and Niyamas. These ten guiding principles offer a compassionate framework for how we relate to ourselves, others, and the world. In this masterclass, each principle is introduced in a simple, accessible way, with real life examples and an invitation to explore how it can be embodied both on and off the mat.
Through slow, spacious Yin poses, we’ll connect these teachings to the physical body—feeling non harm, truthfulness, contentment, discipline, surrender, and more as lived experiences. With a focus on the hips and spine, the practice supports joint freedom, emotional clarity, and a deeper understanding of yoga as a way of living, not just moving
