Mondays: 9:30am - 10:30am

Yang To Yin

A 1hr Vinyasa & Yin Yoga class with a weekly theme weaved throughout. 35- 40 minutes of dynamic Vinyasa getting the blood pumping and body moving, followed by 20-25 minutes of longer holding Yin postures to soften the mind and get deep into the connective tissues. Leave feeling equally invigorated and grounded. A great start to your week!

Mondays: 7:15pm - 8:15pm

Ballet Be Fit 

Ballet Be Fit Classes are a whole body workout which include elements of Ballet technique. The classes are structured around warming up, Barre work, centre and floor work and finishes with a cool down and stretch. Each class builds on strength, stamina and endurance. Different areas will be targeted such as upper body, core or lower body, cardio, and posture.

Singing Mamas

Women's singing circle. Singing releases endorphins, serotonin & dopamine - the 'happy' chemicals that boost your mood & make you feel good about yourself.  Come and sing in a circle filled with songs for the soul, ranging from empowering chants to lullabies, rock & pop. Tea & cake included!

Tuesdays: 6:30pm - 7:30pm 

HOT 60

Classic Hot Yoga class based on the original Bikram series of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises performed in a heated room, compressed into 60mins (instead of 90mins). All postures are performed in the same sequence each class. A great class for beginners and well practised yogis alike. The POWER HOUR!

Wednesdays: 9:30am - 10:30am

Intermediate Vinyasa Flow

This class will cement the alignment foundations of the basic postures. We will build sequences to challenge you as confidence builds. Each term the sequence will have a new focus & theme. If you have never done yoga before or just haven't been on the mat for a while then this is the class for you. This MIXED ABILITY class will be designed to be accessible to EVERYBODY, with lots of options for support of blocks and props as well as the chance to explore more if you want a challenge. It's a fun class to build strength & gain flexibility.​

Wednesdays: 11:30am - 12:30pm

Gentle Yoga

Gentle Yoga is designed specifically for those NEW to yoga or those who want a more gentle practice. The class incorporates simple flowing sequences as well as slower paced movements focusing on alignment, strength, balance & flexibility. Each class ends with an extended relaxation. This class is perfect for any age, fitness level, no experience or flexibility required. Age is nothing but a number!

Wednesdays: 7pm - 8pm

Beginners Vinyasa Flow

Introduction into Flow. Ideal for complete beginners to build the foundations to your Vinyasa practise. Let's begin together & nail the basics. Focusing on alignment and weight placement. Great for building confidence and improving balance and strength.
