Current Schedule 

Mondays: 9:30am - 10:30am

YANG TO YIN

A 1hr Vinyasa & Yin Yoga class with a weekly theme weaved throughout. 35- 40 minutes of dynamic Vinyasa getting the blood pumping and body moving, followed by 20-25 minutes of longer holding Yin postures to soften the mind and get deep into the connective tissues. Leave feeling equally invigorated and grounded. A great start to your week!​​

Tuesdays: 6:30pm - 7:30pm 

HOT 60

Classic Hot Yoga class based on the original Bikram series of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises performed in a heated room, compressed into 60mins (instead of 90mins). All postures are performed in the same sequence each class. A great class for beginners and well practised yogis alike. The POWER HOUR!

Wednesdays: 9:30am - 10:30am

INTERMEDIATE VINYASA FLOW

This class will cement the alignment foundations of the basic postures. We will build sequences to challenge you as confidence builds. Each term the sequence will have a new focus & theme. If you have never done yoga before or just haven't been on the mat for a while then this is the class for you. This MIXED ABILITY class will be designed to be accessible to EVERYBODY, with lots of options for support of blocks and props as well as the chance to explore more if you want a challenge. It's a fun class to build strength & gain flexibility.​

Wednesdays: 11:30am - 12:30pm

GENTLE YOGA

Gentle Yoga is designed specifically for those NEW to yoga or those who want a more gentle practice. The class incorporates simple flowing sequences as well as slower paced movements focusing on alignment, strength, balance & flexibility. Each class ends with an extended relaxation. This class is perfect for any age, fitness level, no experience or flexibility required. Age is nothing but a number!

Wednesdays: 7pm - 8pm

VINYASA FLOW (MIXED LEVELS)

This class will cement the alignment foundations of the basic postures. We will build sequences to challenge you as confidence builds. Every 6 weeks a new sequence will bring a different focus & theme. This MIXED ABILITY class will be designed to be accessible to EVERYBODY. It's a fun class to build strength & gain flexibility, with plenty of options for those with more experience.

Thursdays: 9:30am  - 10:30am 

HATHA YOGA

Traditional yoga class covering all aspects of hatha yoga; asana (postures), pranayama (breathwork) and relaxation. Suitable for beginners wishing to get a firm foundation and understanding of the practice as well as for those with experience as the postures become more challenging as up-levels and variations are offered.

Thursdays: 7:30pm  - 8:30pm 

ASHTANGA VINYASA YOGA

A challenging vinyasa class to build your stamina but leave feeling rejuvenated, energised and connected with your inner self. A vigorously invigorating vinyasa flow co-ordinating movement with breath. Deeply physical but also spiritual, this high energy class will include music and hands-on adjustments. Ideal for those with a strong practice. Asana led, not Mysore (Individual practise).

Fridays: 9:30am  - 10:30am 

HOT 60
