Rocket Teacher
Lucy teaches Rocket yoga at Yoga Barn. Rocket yoga is the style that got Lucy hooked on yoga 15 years ago and she has been practising yoga ever since. Her teachers include Dulce and Jamie of The Yoga People, Marcus Veda, Lolo Lam, Ambra Vallo, Stewart Gilchrist, Abi King and Yoga Barn’s own Natalia.
She loves how dynamic yoga really allows her to connect with her body and slow her brain, and likes to feel wrung out and slowed down at the end of a practice. Lucy likes to share with others what she has learnt over the years and is delighted to now be teaching at the Yoga Barn.
