Ashtanga Vinyasa Teacher
She studied for her 200-hour Yoga Alliance accredited Teacher Training with Ginny Moffat of Fire Angel Yoga in Thame, Oxfordshire, and graduated in May 2019.

Sarah O’Hanlon has been practising yoga for over 25 years and, like many students, was initially drawn to the physical practice. Over the years, yoga has become an integral part of her life, with the physical and spiritual aspects serving as an anchor through busy and challenging times.
Sarah teaches weekly classes in Thame, Oxfordshire, including ‘Ashtanga For Everyone’, ‘Hatha Yoga’ and ‘Chill Yoga’. She also teaches ‘Mindful’ and ‘Hatha Yoga’ at Nuffield Health in Aylesbury, offers 1:1 sessions in person and online, and leads Relaxation classes online.
Sarah understands that students come to yoga for many reasons and aims to strike a balance in her classes between honouring the traditions and philosophy of yoga while allowing students the space to enjoy their practice from wherever they are on their journey. She teaches with compassion and sensitivity to differences in emotional and physical capabilities, and encourages students to bring self-compassion to their practice and to their lives off the mat too.
