An enriching 50-hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training designed to lay a solid foundation in teaching Yin Yoga
This course will equip you with a comprehensive knowledge base, essential for both teaching and practicing Yin Yoga.
With a strong foundation, teachers will feel confident in creating a safe, tailored yoga class that allows students to genuinely enjoy and benefit from this magical practice.
Additionally, you will learn to create a personalised home practice that supports your physical and emotional needs.

The Training Dates at the Yoga Barn are:
Sat 1st November 10am - 5pm
Sun 2nd November 10 am - 5pm
Sat 22nd November 10am - 5pm
Sun 23rd November 10am - 5pm
Sat 6th December 12 noon - 2pm Graduation Ceremony

Do I have to be a yoga teacher to do this course?
NO - this is perfect for a Yin fanatic who wants to deepen their knowledge for a more informed practice.
Are you an existing yoga teacher looking to gain more hours towards your qualifications?
YES - This 50 hour CPD course will count towards continuing education (e.g. CPD points) for members of yoga organisations such as Yoga Alliance or British Wheel of Yoga.

- 28 contact/in-studio hours
- 10 hours of reading
- 12 hours Recorded Yin practice, observation and/or teaching
Yin Yoga & Yin Yoga Poses, Yin and Fascia, Yin & Teaching, Yin & Meridians

Before enrolling, be sure you can commit to 2 FULL weekends, plus compulsory additional reading and observation hours, as above.

You will be awarded a 50-hour Yin Yoga Training Certificate from Tessa Rohrig YinLife & Yoga Barn
Training hours can be used for continuing education (e.g. CPD points) for members of yoga organisations such as Yoga Alliance or British Wheel of Yoga.
