Yoga teacher - Hatha, Yin, Yoga Nidra, Meditation and Forest Bathing

Lorraine, an experienced Yoga Alliance trained teacher, leads group classes and 121 tuition at mybodymyoga sharing the benefits of hatha yoga through inspired teaching of postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama) and meditation.

Having spent many years enjoying the heath and emotional benefits of practising yoga regularly I was eventually encouraged by an inspirational teacher to attend a teacher training course. I had no intention of teaching but was always hungry to learn more about the impacts of yoga on the body and mind. Having completed by 200 hours Yoga Alliance training in 2014, I now love sharing the never-ending journey of exploration with my wonderfully diverse kula of students on a 121 basis, in classes and workshops.

I enjoy continuous self-development and training learning about different styles and incorporating different elements into my teaching according to students needs.

I am constantly reminding myself and my students that ‘No body is the same and each body if different every day - each time we step on our mats is a completely new experience’
