Natalia Khutkubia is a certified yoga instructor with 200-hour training from Sampoorna Yoga and advanced training from the World Peace Yoga School, specializing in Ashtanga, Vinyasa Flow, and Pranayama.
Natalia began her yoga journey 20 years ago in Japan, using it to improve her posture and well-being. After moving to London, she trained under Stewart Gilchrist, deepening her practice in Ashtanga Vinyasa and Ujjayi breathing. In 2018, she completed her first teacher training in Goa and transitioned to teaching.
In 2024, Natalia furthered her studies in Rishikesh, exploring traditional yoga and meditation. She now teaches at various gyms and studios in Buckinghamshire, offering empathetic and alignment-focused classes with an emphasis on breath and personal growth.
